my4dlive Terms and Conditions of Platform Use

In this document, "Platform" refers to the my4dlive website accessible at my4dlive.org along with all related applications. "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on this platform.

my4dlive offers online gambling services covering slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and online poker to players who meet the set eligibility requirements. The platform operates under international licensing and is subject to the regulations and guidelines set by the relevant licensing body.

• The wagering requirement is 25x the bonus value received before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Calculation example: If a deposit of RM100 is made, a bonus of RM200 is credited bringing the balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Second example: If a deposit of RM1,600 is made, the bonus credited is RM1,500 bringing the balance to RM3,100. The wagering requirement is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, such as systematically placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements, may result in the bonus and related winnings being cancelled. my4dlive reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.

Active my4dlive members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which provides additional benefits including weekly cashback. The my4dlive VIP programme consists of three tiers:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3% of total eligible bets placed during the week.
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, credited once the member reaches a higher activity level.
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% for the most active and loyal members on the platform.

VIP tier upgrades depend on the member's overall activity level and loyalty. Cashback will be credited periodically according to the schedule set by my4dlive and may be subject to separate wagering requirements.

my4dlive users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
• Communicating privately with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games.
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual.
• Transferring funds between player accounts with the intent of circumventing bonus wagering requirements.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to oneself or that were obtained unlawfully.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account termination, forfeiture of balance and, where necessary, legal action against the user concerned.

In the event of a technical disruption occurring during an active game session:

• my4dlive is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

my4dlive's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the user's net deposit value in the 30 days preceding the claim.

my4dlive provides customer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email in Malay and English. All complaints must be submitted through these official channels.

The my4dlive complaint resolution procedure is as follows:

• The user submits a complaint in writing via the platform's live chat or official email.
• The support team will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and begin an investigation.

• The final decision of my4dlive management is conclusive and binding on all parties.
